Iapos;m like.. Dying.

I was sick most of the weekend. It was a bit odd, I was dizzy and nauseous and had to lay down to keep the room from pulsing. But I�never threw up or got really sick. Now Iapos;m just exhausted.

Last night/actually early this morning somebody in our building set their microwave on fire because apparently they wanted pizza at 1:30am. SO the fucking fire alarm goes off at 1:30AM. Awesome, right? Then we all stand around in the cold for 15 minutes. Then the fire department comes so we have to go hang out in the dining hall (apparently thatapos;s the plan if your building burns down - hide in the dining hall.). So I didnapos;t go to sleep until around 2am, and I was already sick and tired and really needed the rest.
Needless to say I havenapos;t really been a happy camper today.

This evening two eggs were discovered in the tank of my jewel crested curly tailed lizards. I highly doubt anything will come of them, but its kind of neat to see them there. I donapos;t have the set up to care for it and honestly, the bit of research I did on geckos and their breeding, I seriously thought that its purely a miracle that any reptiles hatch in nature (it seemed like when I researched geckos you had to have very exact temperature and very specific bedding and the moon had to be full with Jupiter in the seventh house). Finding info on these little guys is tough... There seems to be like 20 different species and looking up jewel crested gets me no where. The size of the eggs is amazing. I canapos;t believe she had something that size in her, let alone TWO of them.

Itapos;s not the first time Iapos;ve seen reptile eggs. My first gecko, despite it living alone, laid a couple eggs randomly in the time I had her. Iapos;m glad I canapos;t accidentally become pregnant by myself.

Well, I guess I should be happy for them. At least theyapos;re getting action. O_O

Ugh, today has not been good...� This morning, my dog, Bonnie,�seemed�really lethargic and not her usual chipper self.� Dad took her to the vet and returned Bonnie-less.� Turns out that she has hookworms, which dogs can basically pick up anywhere where other dogs have been, and has to stay overnight.� Sheapos;s seriously ill, and the vet said that it was sort of touch-and-go and that it was lucky we brought her in when we did.� ;_;� He�called a little while ago and said that he was monitering her (she is on a drip) and that heapos;s not 100 certain but he thinks that sheapos;ll be alright.� Heapos;ll know for absolutely certain tomorrow, when the medication he gave her starts working, but heapos;s optimistic.

But ARGH.� I was so worried for a while that I would have to go and say goodbye to her...� Thereapos;s still a nagging worry at the back of my mind but Iapos;m trying to be hopeful.� The house already seems�emptier without Bonnie wandering around, demanding attention or jumping onto my lap while I read.� ._.
